Cuprostar IC

immersion copperprocess provides a uniform deposit with exceptional adhesion. The process allows for subsequent acid copper treatment without the need for a nickel strike and helps to plate large and complicated shaped plastic parts. Based on the application, CUPROSTAR IC is followed by either a copper strike or bright copper.

Hexavalent bright chrome processes offer high deposition rates, uniform deposits, and exceptional corrosion and wear resistance. Processes are formulated for use under a wide range of current densities and temperatures that enable simplified operation.

TRILYTE Flash SF

Sulfate-based, white trivalent chrome for non-steel applications provides exceptional coverage and a bright, light color comparable to traditional hexavalent chrome layers. The TRILYTE Flash SF deposit is consistent over normal current density ranges. TRILYTE Flash SF will tolerate current interruptions, provide more uniform metal distribution and reduce or eliminate high current density burning as compared to conventional hexavalent layers

TRILYTE Flash CL

Chloride-based deposit color is consistent overall current density ranges. The process is tolerant to current interruptions, provides excellent uniform metal distribution and reduces or eliminates burning when compared to conventional hexavalent chromium deposits.
